Return & Refund Policy

  1. Our valid return period is 30 natural days after you receive the package. Returned goods must be unused, free of stains and scratches, with complete original outer packaging and brand tags.
  2. Custom customized products, clearance final sale goods and personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged due to customization and hygiene restrictions.
  3. Before returning goods, you must submit a return request via customer service and wait for our official designated return address. Packages returned without prior application will be rejected directly.
  4. If you receive damaged, defective or wrong goods caused by our picking and packing mistakes, we will bear all return logistics costs.
  5. If you apply for return only because you no longer need the goods, you need to afford all return shipping fees, and the initial delivery cost paid at checkout will not be refunded.
  6. After our warehouse inspects and confirms the returned goods meet return standards, refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 7–12 working days. Delays in fund arrival caused by payment institutions are not within our scope of responsibility.
  7. We will reject refund requests if returned items have obvious wear marks, missing accessories or damaged original packaging.
  8. Damage to goods caused by improper operation, artificial collision, long-term use or private disassembly is not eligible for free replacement or full refund.
