Shipping Policy

  1. Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Order processing will be suspended on weekends and official holidays of our warehouse location.
  2. Multiple delivery options are provided on the checkout page, with separate freight fees clearly displayed for you to choose freely.
  3. All delivery times are estimated periods starting from the date the goods leave our warehouse. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, bad weather, logistics backlogs or regional traffic control.
  4. Extra remote delivery fees will be charged for remote islands and isolated areas, and all extra fees will be calculated and displayed on the settlement page before payment.
  5. All cross-border tariffs, customs clearance fees and local consumption taxes shall be borne by the buyer independently.
  6. After the goods are delivered to the logistics company, we will send a tracking number to your reserved email for you to track logistics progress at any time.
  7. If the package is lost or damaged during transportation, you need to contact our customer service and provide tracking screenshots to file a claim within 9 days after the expected delivery deadline.
  8. We do not deliver goods to post office boxes, military restricted delivery areas and regions where international logistics services are suspended.
